Shipping
Currently, my shop offers free shipping for stickers only purchases (use code STICKERSONLY) and when spending $35+ (use code 35SHIP). All other orders have a shipping cost of $3.50. I price my items accordingly so you get the best deal while considering shipping costs. I do not profit off of shipping costs.
Free shipping on stickers will not include tracking, but all paid shipping orders will include tracking. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking information.
All orders are packed day of purchase (if ordered before 2:00pm, otherwise may be packed the next day) and shipped out the following morning so you can get your goodies as quickly as possible!
Returns / Exchanges
Return / Exchange Inquiry
All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. You must either present a receipt of purchase or provide the information entered at checkout to verify your purchase in the system. The customer must send the items back to TPA for inspection prior to resolution. The customer may select a refund to the original form of payment, exchange for items of equal value, or store credit.

Deposits
Deposits of 50% of total cost are required before work on comissions may begin. Any deposits collected for commissioned work are nonrefundable. This is to protect my time and work, even if we choose to no longer collaborate further on said project. Total payment is due once scope of work is completed to receive the final product.
AI Usage
If you choose to collaborate with me on commission work, and/or purchase/recieve my art, at no point may any work shared with you such as drafts, concepts, or finished product ever be plugged into artificial intelligence of any kind. If this is a hard line for you, I recommend finding other designers to work with or purchase from. It is a hard line for me.
It is also my promise to you that I will never use AI at any point in my process of creating. You will always receive 100% human made artwork and responses from me.
Kindness
This shop is a solo endeavor, and is managed during my free time. I am so passionate about sharing my art with you; therefore, I must be clear that we must always communicate with respect and kindness. Any actions deemed abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise offensive will not be tolerated and will result in a shop ban.
